Capper Head
1.The capper head could debugging well as your caps size.2.The capper head is made of SUS304 materials.The capper wheels is made of 9CrSi materials.
3.The capper head has 4pcs wheels ( 2pcs longer and 2pcs shorter).The longer wheels used to making thread on the caps.The 2pcs shorter used to sealing the caps bottom.If your caps are just need to making thread sealing or make bottom sealing,we can customized the head as your required.
4.The capping head pressure could be adjusted according to the factual effect.
5.The head connect with cap has an special probe needle,which protect the wheels from harm.
6.If you have several different size caps,and at the same time,you have adjusting capper head experiences,you could changing the related parts to make the head matching different size caps. If you have not experiences,we sugguest that you order extra capper head to interchange.It will be easy to operate.

Adjusting Machine Height
The semi-automatic capper machine height could be adjusted via this handwheel to make it up and down.In the adjusting process,pls remind to loosen the screws on the machine body there.Bottle trayThe holders on the bottle tray could be adjusted according to your bottle size.It could help you holding the bottle more stably in the capping process.Chrome-plated bodyThe body with chromated treatment,it could avoid rusting.Application
